The Moorlife Body Milk can best be described as the “Moor applied as a lotion so that it doesn’t have to be washed off”. That is because the only other way you can apply as much Moor to your skin, is to apply the “pure” Moor in the form of the Mask or Bath – which you would then have to rinse off. The advantage of the Body Milk is that not only does your skin benefit from the Moor Essence that penetrates deep below to nourish, protect, and promote a healthy balanced skin, the use of a lotion base means that no rinsing off is required, and the moisturisers oils chosen to make up the base are proven to deep moisturise and protect the skin from dryness. The difference between the Moorlife Body Milk and other moisturising lotions, is that moisturising lotions will only effect the appearance of the surface of the skin. But being water soluble, this also means the Body Milk can act as a Cleansing Lotion as well as a Moisturising lotion. By understanding how the Moor Essence relies on the process of osmosis to achieve a drawing out of impurities while at the same time infusing the skin with moisture and nutrients, we can also say that by applying a liberal amount of Body Milk to the face and leaving it to stand for 2-3 minutes, like the Cleansing Bar, we are relying on the Moor Essence to penetrate into the tissue and function as a mild mask. Bringing impurities to the surface to be collected by the excess lotion and rinsed away, while also infusing phyto nutrients and moisturisers into the skin for a moist and supple feel.
